Equipment Overview
1. The unit consists of two interconnected decorticating machines. It operates as a fully integrated, continuous production line—handling everything from the feeding of raw hemp sheets to the dewatering and polishing of the fibers—and features a simple yet practical structural design. The unit produces clean, uniform fibers that meet quality standards, and offers the additional advantage of a high fiber extraction rate.
2. The decorticating section comprises two units (Unit 1 and Unit 2), featuring cutter drums with diameters of 120 cm and 138 cm, respectively. The components of the cutter drums—including the scraping blades, grid plates, and bottom cutter plates—are all fabricated from 304 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and durability.
3. The unit’s bottom cutter blades utilize a progressive, curved design; this configuration serves to reduce operational load during hemp processing while minimizing noise levels.
4. The unit’s daily processing capacity ranges from 50 to 80 tons, depending on the power output of the main drive motors. For a daily output of 50 tons, the motor power requirements are 18 kW and 22 kW; for a daily output of 80 tons, the requirements are 22 kW and 32 kW.
